Custom lifting solutions are developed for sites where standard crane applications are not enough, based on process, layout, load type and operation flow.

Every production site has a different handling scenario. Low headroom, narrow column spacing, outdoor use, chemical processes, precise positioning or special load geometry may make standard crane solutions insufficient. Makro Vinç develops custom engineering solutions for such applications.

Custom solutions may include semi-gantry systems, special lifting beams, anodizing process cranes, freight lifts, transfer trolleys, custom lifting attachments or revisions integrated into existing lines. Safety, maintenance access, operator ergonomics and production continuity are evaluated together.
